Our student trips to Uganda are mostly study tours, School-cultural exchange trips, multinational students, community based school trips, Ethical school trips and refreshment and adventure tours especially to high schools, colleges and universities. These trips are sometimes organized by teachers of departments, school leaders, association leaders and we have got experience of organizing tailor made itineraries to these students. Under Focus East Africa Tours, we hosted a group of students from US – MSU (Missouri State University). We enjoyed the landing moods, the joy was on face of every one, pictures were exchanged, the team leader – Marcia, was excellent in organizing the group, the burner by focus group, was marvelous— Congratulations to US -MSU for making this 10 days study trip be successful. We arrange fun-filled overseas adventure for the school students and their teachers or leaders with an educational, historical or cultural focus. The trip gives a new challenging experience to students learning new skills, testing their physical endurance, adopting new environment and culture, creating socializing network across the globe and encouraging the spirit of love one another through volunteer projects in the local communities.
The student trips are much rewarding to both the visitors and the visited in that both learn from each other make friendship, interactions with native African people, be involved in direct participation of handcraft works with the locals hence helping young people obtain and develop real life skills as well as having fun. These trips are offered all year round although popular breaks are during Spring breaks, summer holidays and school half term holidays. Our core philosophy has always been to get out of the bus and explore the destination under your own steam – and kids have plenty of that! Our aim is to find safe routes that are away from busier trails – and crowds – so that students can immerse themselves into an authentic experience. Activities that you can incorporate into your next School Group Adventures include: Trekking or day walks, Cycling, Rafting, Wildlife Safaris, Community Projects, Kayaking/canoeing, Basic navigation, Cultural Tourism and more.
