Day 1: Fly to Bwindi National Park, Batwa Cultural Experience
Arrive in time for your flight to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park from Entebbe. Upon your arrival at Kihihi airstrip, your guide shall be ready to pick you and transfer you to the lodge. Check in, relax as you wait for lunch.
Get to enjoy a Batwa cultural experience for a chance to learn about the culture and way of life of the then human inhabitants of the impenetrable forest. Visit their local school, engage in a coffee tour and learn of the different day-to-day activities of the Batwa pygmies. Return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2: Gorilla Trekking, Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park
After breakfast at the lodge, you will be met by your guide and you will carry packed lunch and transfer to the park headquarters for a gorilla trekking briefing. After the briefing you will be allocated a gorilla family to trek and a park guide who is knowledgeable about the mountain gorillas and also conversant with different gorilla trekking trails. Trekking of mountain gorillas in Bwindi impenetrable national park takes about 30 minutes to several hours depending on where the gorillas are located because they like to move from one place to another in search of food.
During trekking you will be able to view other primate species, different bird species, plants among others and once the mountain gorillas are found, you will be able to spend one hour with them in their natural habitat which gives you an opportunity to observe their behaviors, watch them carry out their daily activities like feeding, playing, breastfeeding, grooming young ones, take photos and record videos.
After the one hour encounter with the gentle giants, you will transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park. Check in at the lodge, relax as you wait for dinner and an overnight stay.

Morning game drive in Queen Elizabeth
After an early cup of tea or coffee at the lodge, you will meet up with your driver guide to go for a morning game drive where you will be able to view different animals such as elephants, buffaloes, waterbucks, bushbucks, warthogs, leopards, Uganda kobs, variety of bird species, take beautiful pictures of the landscape, sunrise among others. Return to the lodge for your breakfast and relax for the rest of the morning. Lunch will be enjoyed at the lodge.
Afternoon Kazinga Channel boat cruise.
After lunch, you will take an exciting boat ride on Kazinga channel, a water body that joins Lake Edward and Lake George. This scheduled boat cruise takes about 2 to 3 hours of thrilling adventure all the while giving you an opportunity to take clear photos, cruise meters away from large concentrations of hippos and Nile crocodiles in water. Other animals like elephants, buffaloes, and antelopes among others can be spotted at the shores as they get a drink; different bird species can also be spotted as well as view fisher men on the lake shores preparing their fishing gears. After the interesting boat ride you will return to the lodge for an evening relaxation or sundowner experience, dinner and overnight.
