3 days Chemka hot springs and Tarangire safari is a tour which combines both a wildlife safari around Tarangire national park and also an exciting tour to the Chemka hot springs.
During this tour, you will engage in game drives around Tarangire national park as you look out for various wildlife species such as the large herds of elephants and also enjoy swimming and relaxing in the hot springs before returning to Arusha where the safari will end.
Day 1; pick up and drive to Tarangire national park
Your guide will pick you up from your hotel in Arusha and welcome you and brief you about your safari. You will be driven to Tarangire national park which is also found in the northern part of Tanzania. Tarangire national park is known for having large herds of elephants as well as ancient baobab trees.
You will check in at your lodge in Tarangire national park as you prepare for lunch and also an afternoon game drive. During your game drive in the national park, you will see wildlife species such as gazelles, impalas, zebras, waterbucks among others as well as the various bird species which this national park is known for. You will enjoy watching the sunset in the wilderness of the national park and your guide will drive you to your lodge for dinner and overnight at Baobab tented lodge.
Day 2; drive to Arusha and visit Chemka hot springs
After having breakfast at your lodge, your guide will drive you to Arusha. You will also visit the Chemka hot springs this day and enjoy swimming and relaxing at the hatstrings. You will also get to taste the local food for lunch and after this excursion you will be driven to your hotel for dinner and overnight stay at Runako lodge.
Day 3; departure
On the last day of your safari, you will have breakfast and check out of your hotel in Arusha and your guide will drive you to the airport which will bring your 3 days Tanzania safari to an end.
