10 days Seronera and Ngorongoro safari
10 days Seronera and Ngorongoro safari is a trip which will be done in the Seronera area of Serengeti national park and also the Ngorongoro conservation area.
During the safari, you will engage in game drives around Seronera and also in Ngorongoro conservation area. Another activity which will be done during the 10 days Seronera and Ngorongoro safari is a hot air balloon safari.
The safari will start and also end in Arusha town and will take place in the northern part of Tanzania.
Day 1; pick up and drive to Serengeti national park
Your guide will welcome you and brief you about your safari. After a short briefing, you will be driven to the Seronera area where you will check in at your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2; full day in Seronera
After breakfast early at your lodge, your guide will drive you around the open savannah plains as you search for various wildlife species. You will engage in a morning game drive and look out for elephants, lions, leopards, buffalos, antelopes among others.
You will have lunch ahead of another game drive around Serengeti national park. you will explore more of the national park before returning to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3 and 4; morning and afternoon game drives
You will start with breakfast at your lodge before being driven into the wilderness of Serengeti national park on a morning game drive to look out for different wildlife species which are very active at this time of day.
You will your lunch after the morning game drive. After lunch, you will have an afternoon game drive to explore more of the wilderness of Serengeti national park as you look for different wildlife species like buffalos, antelopes, wildebeests, hartebeests, elands, impalas, leopards, lions, elephants, giraffes as well as various bird species. You will enjoy the sunset on the way back to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 5; hot air balloon and afternoon game drive
After waking up early at your lodge in Serengeti national park, your guide will drive you to the landing site of the hot air balloons where you will be briefed about the activity. You will get into the hot air balloon and start your experience over the savannah plains of the national park as you enjoy seeing wildlife species and an aerial view of the national park. After the hot air balloon ride, you will return to the landing site where you will enjoy an English breakfast and champagne and enjoy interacting with each other. You will meet your guide after the experience and continue with your safari.
You will also engage in an afternoon game drive as you search for different wildlife species such as lions, leopards, cheetahs, buffalos, zebras, antelopes, wildebeests, impalas, kudu, giraffes, hippos among others. after the game drive, you will be driven to your lodge.

Day 6; drive to Ngorongoro conservation area
You will have breakfast at your lodge ahead of your transfer to the Ngorongoro conservation area. you will enjoy seeing wildlife species enroute on your way to your lodge in Karatu where you will spend the rest of the day relaxing.

Day 7; visit Ngorongoro crater
You will have breakfast as you prepare for a drive from your lodge to the Ngorongoro crater where you will descend into the crater and engage in a game drive as you look out for elephants, lions, buffalos, leopards, zebras, hippos, wildebeests, hyenas, dik dik, antelopes, and warthogs among others.
You will also enjoy amazing views around the Ngorongoro crater during your game drive and also see flamingos along the shores of the alkaline lake found in the crater. After your game drive, you will return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 8; full day in the Ngorongoro crater
You will have another day to explore the Ngorongoro crater and search for various wildlife species such as the big 5 like elephants, lions, leopards, rhinos and buffalos. You will enjoy beautiful views around the crater and later return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Accommodation; Karatu tented lodge
Day 9; visit Olduvai gorge and walking safari
After breakfast at your lodge, you will visit the Ol duvai gorge which is also found in the Ngorongoro conservation area. Ol duvai gorge is also referred to as the cradle of mankind and is an archaeological site.
You will also engage in a walking safari around the Ngorongoro conservation area and after this experience, you will return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 10; drive to Arusha
Your breakfast will be served at your lodge ahead of your drive to Arusha where your guide will drop you off at the airport or your hotel in Arusha which will bring your Tanzania safari to an end.
