Detailed Itinerary of 4 Days Tanzania Cultural Safari
Day 1: Pick up from Arusha, Mto wa Mbu Cultural Tour, Proceed to Lake Natron Area
Your Tanzania safari guide shall pick you from your hotel of stay in Arusha and after a short briefing, you shall proceed on a transfer to the Lake Natron Area. You shall make a stop in Mto wa Mbu, for an introductory cultural tour. Mto wa Mbu is famous for hosting a variety of tribes in Tanzania. Encounter a number of them and take part in a number of activities, including visiting a local school.
Enjoy a local lunch, and then proceed on to Lake Natron area. Enjoy a walk to Engaresero waterfall where can refresh by swimming in a natural Jacuzzi. Walking 45 minutes one way depending on your pace. At 5:00 pm drive to the lake Natron where is the home of flamingos among other beautiful birds.
Dinner and an overnight stay at Masai Giraffe Eco Lodge.

Day 2: Traditional Maasai Village Experience, Overnight in a Traditional Maasai Boma
Today, you will be able to discover the traditional life of the Maasai, their culture, their traditions and visit their Bomas (grouping of huts of an extended family). You will be able to participate in the milking of animals when they come back from the pastures. Maasai women will offer you the purchase of their handmade Maasai jewelry. The children will be happy to escort you. You will have to ask for their permission and expect to have to buy jewelry to photograph them. The guides work in shifts, each one will take you to his family of origin.

Day 3: Compensate Your Carbon Footprint, Transfer to Eyasi Area
Enjoy a leisurely breakfast at the lodge. After, get to plant a tree to compensate for your Carbon Footprint. Plant a moringa tree and later return to the lodge and relax. Enjoy Lunch, and thereafter proceed to Lake Eyasi area. Check in at the lodge, relax as you wait for dinner and an overnight stay at Lake Eyasi Safari Lodge.

Day 4: Hadzabe and Datoga Cultural Tour, Departure
Early morning departure for a unique cultural experience with the Hadzabe and Datoga tribes.
Visit the Hadzabe community, one of the last remaining hunter-gatherer tribes in Africa. Learn about their traditional hunting techniques, gather around the campfire, and participate in activities like archery. If you arrive early enough, you can also depart with them as they are heading to hunt.
Next, visit the Datoga tribe, known for their metalworking skills. Witness traditional blacksmithing and jewelry-making techniques.
Enjoy a picnic lunch during the cultural tour, and thereafter proceed on a transfer back to Arusha. This will bring your 4 Days Tanzania Cultural Tour to an end.
