6 day Maasai Mara and Amboseli safari is the massive and rewarding safari experience that takes you to Kenya’s top two safari destinations. The safari offers you the best experience that gives you the unforgettable Kenya safari memories, the safari starts in Nairobi and ends in Nairobi.
Day 01: arrival and transfer to Masai Mara,
You shall be picked from the Kenyatta International Airport or your hotel by our driver having taken your breakfast. He will guide you about the safari and you shall start the journey to Maasai Mara. You shall have the first stop over at a view point where you shall be able to view the walls of the Great Rift Valley. You shall proceed with the journey and you shall stop over again at Narok for lunch. After your lunch you shall proceed with the journey to Maasai Mara where you shall arrive in the afternoon and relax as you familiarize with the place. You shall go for the afternoon game drive afterwards where you will view the stunning animal species like lions, leopards, elephants and among others. After you will return back to the lodge for dinner, and overnight stay.
Day 02: Full day in Maasai Mara.
On the second day of the safari you will get up early in the morning and meet your safari guide and for morning game drive and afterwards you shall embark for breakfast. After your breakfast, you shall go for another game drive where you will view various animal species that you missed during the morning game drive, especially these will be spotted at the water holes which will give you a wonderful safari experience. You will have your lunch in the park and you shall go for optional Maasai village visit and hot air balloons experience. Dinner and overnight shall be in the camp.
Day 03: transfer to Nakuru and afternoon game drive.
On the third day of the safari, get up early in the morning and take a hearty breakfast, check out from your lodge and start a journey to Lake Nakuru National Park with the wonderful views along the way. Upon your arrival you will check in your lodge for lunch and after you will go for afternoon game drive to sight the wonderful wildlife in the park; animal species Rothschild giraffes, cape buffaloes, olive baboon, impalas, water bucks, spotted hyenas, leopards, lions, gazelles and bird species. Later you will go back to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 04: Morning game drive and transfer to Amboseli.
On the 4th day of the safari, you will get up early in the morning and have your breakfast, check out from your lodge and meet your safari guide and go for morning game drive to watch the early raisers that you missed in the afternoon game drive like lions, leopards and among others without forgetting bird species. Lake Nakuru is known for different types of birds especially the flamingos which have the turned the lake Pinkish. And later you will be transferred to Amboseli shall arrive during lunch hours where you shall have your lunch and check in your lodge. Later you will proceed to the park where you shall go for afternoon game drive to spot various animal species like elephants, black rhinos, leopards, zebras, mongoose, hyrax buffaloes, and giraffes, lesser kudu and bird species like yellow-bellied stork, goliath heron, little bee-eater and among others. You will see different types of birds before your dinner and overnight in the camp.
Day 05: Full day in Amboseli.
On the 5th day, get up early in the morning and meet your safari guide and go for the early morning game drive to view the early raisers, and the wonderful view of Mount Kilimanjaro and you will embark for breakfast. You shall go for another game drive where you shall view more animals and birds. You shall view over 400 species of birds before going for your lunch. After your lunch, you shall go for the last game drive where may catch glances of lions also in Amboseli. You shall view rhinos, warthogs, elephants, zebras, giraffes, buffaloes and many more animals. You will embark in the camp afterwards for dinner and overnight shall be in the camp.
Day 06: Departure.
On the last day of the safari, wake up early in the morning and be served with a hearty breakfast, after breakfast, you will check out from your lodge and meet your safari guide and depart to Nairobi, along the way you have enroute lunch and upon your arrival you will be dropped at your convenient place either at your lodge in Nairobi or at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for flight next to your home.
