Day 1: Nairobi – Tsavo West

Pick up from your Nairobi hotel or Airport in the morning of your 10 Days Kenya Special Getaway Tour and drive to Tsavo west national park depending on the time we leave Nairobi we can reach the park at mid-morning for brief game drive then continue to our lodge for lunch and refreshments. In the afternoon you will go for game drive in search for the big Game like elephant, rhino, Hippos, lions, cheetah, leopards, Buffaloes, diverse plant and bird species. Later Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 2: Tsavo West – Tsavo East

Have an early morning breakfast on this 2nd day of your 10 Days Kenya Special Getaway Tour and go for a game drive with a Visit to Mzima springs where you can see hippos and fish in crystalline clear water. There are possibilities of seeing crocodiles and monkeys the sight of fifty million gallons of crystal clear water gushing out of from the under parched lava rock that is the Mzima Springs, to the Shetani lava flows. After  the game drive cross to Tsavo East National Park which is renowned for its large numbers of elephants and the famous man eating lions. Check in your lodge for refreshments as we wait for our lunch. After lunch go for evening game drive with a visit to Aruba dam. Dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Tsavo East

On this third day of your 10 Days Kenya Special Getaway Tour, wake up early for early morning game drive to catch up with the predators on hunt and other game like Elephants, Buffaloes, Rhinos, Leopards mentions but a few later break for late breakfast and relaxation around the lodge. In the afternoon go for long evening game drive in search for what we missd in the morning game drive like vast herds of dust –red elephant, Rhino, buffalo, lion, leopard, pods of hippo, crocodile, waterbucks, lesser Kudu, gerenuk and the prolific bird life features 500 recorded species. Meals and overnight.

Day 4: Tsavo East – Salt Lick Taita Hills Sanctuary

Early morning game drive later you break for breakfast, After breakfast proceed with game en-route Leave Tsavo East for Salt lick Taita Hills Sanctuary which is less 3 Hrs drive. Taita Hills Sanctuary is sufficiently isolated to develop endemic forms and birders which come from afar to see the Taita Olive Thrush and the Taita White-eye have lunch and have a rest. Afternoon game drives in the search for birds and animals around the park. Dinner and overnight

Day 5: Taita Hills Sanctuary – Amboseli

Early morning game drive later you break for breakfast, After breakfast check out with game en-route Leave Taita Hills for Amboseli National Park arriving to the park late morning and proceed with the game drive. Afternoon more game in Amboseli park which lies at the floors of Mount Kilimanjaro. Mount Kilimanjaro offers scenic backgrounds for photography. Elephants, Lions, Cheetah, Buffalo etc. can be seen at the swamp area and open plains. Dinner and overnight

Day 6: Amboseli – Lake Naivasha

Early morning breakfast. After breakfast game en-route leave Amboseli for lake Naivasha, a 5 Hrs drive. There will be a stop to view the great rift valley scenery as you proceed to Naivasha you will arrive time for lunch have lunch, Later in the afternoon game drive with a visit to Hells Gate National Park which allows Hiking, Bicycling ride, Rock climbing and photography of wildlife and a visit to geothermal power plant. Dinner and overnight.

Day 7: Lake Naivasha – Lake Nakuru

Early morning, After breakfast around 08:30 am leave lake Naivasha for Lake Nakuru National Park. A 1 hours drive to main gate, you will arrive with more game drive later you will proceed to your lodge for check inn and have lunch. Afternoon game drive across the Pink Lake often referred so due to it’s Great masses of Flamingos but due to climate change only few flamingos can be seen, not forgetting the famous white Rhino and black rhino found in this park. Dinner and overnight.

Day 8: Lake Nakuru – Maasai Mara

Early morning breakfast. After breakfast leave Lake Nakuru for Masai Mara National Reserve, a 5 Hrs drive arriving in time for lunch. Afternoon games drive through the park in search of the Lion, Cheetah, Elephant, Buffalo. Dinner and overnight.

Day 9 : Maasai Mara

Early morning game drive will lead you to some of Africa’s largest lion prides, herds of zebra, antelopes, buffaloes, wildebeest, giraffes, cheetahs, and hyenas and return to camp for breakfast some rest and Lunch. After lunch go for afternoon game drive in the Masai Mara plains which are full of wildebeest during migration season, early July to end of September, zebra, impala, topi, giraffe, Thomson’s gazelle are regularly seen, leopards, lions, hyenas, cheetah, jackal and bat-eared foxes. Black rhino are a little shy and hard to spot but are often seen at a distance if you are lucky. Hippos are abundant in the Mara River as are very large Nile crocodiles mention but a few. Dinner and overnight

Day 10 : Maasai Mara – Nairobi

Enjoy breakfast, checkout and depart the Mara for Nairobi arriving in time for lunch. Have lunch at carnivore afterwards drop off at Airport for flight back home.
