7 days Zanzibar, Kilimanjaro and Tarangire tour is a safari experience which starts in Zanzibar with a tour around Stone town tour and you will also take part in a safari blue excursion and also engage in a hike on Mount Kilimanjaro during a safari.
You will also take part in a wildlife experience in Tarangire national park during the safari which will end with drop off in Arusha town.
Day 1; pick up and stone town tour
You will start your tour with pick up in Zanzibar and your guide will welcome you for the tour. You will be driven to your hotel for check in. you will also take part in a tour around Stone town and explore the different historical sites in the town to experience the diversity in culture of Zanzibar and the history of the island.
After the stone town tour, your guide will drive you to your hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2; safari blue excursion
You will enjoy the best boat tour on the island is which is a truly amazing experience sailing in the beautiful traditional Dhows. You will enjoy a sailing trip, enjoy delicious buffet and drinks, fresh tropical fruits and snacks, snorkeling and also visit Menai Bay. This activity starts in Fumba village. After the experience, you will be driven back to your hotel for dinner and overnight stay at Flame tree cottages.
Day 3; flight to Arusha
After having breakfast at the hotel in Zanzibar, your guide will drive you to the airport for your flight to Arusha. On arrival at the airport, your guide will welcome you and drive you to the hotel for check in and you will spend the rest of the day relaxing at the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 4; Kilimanjaro hike
On the 4th day of your 7 days Zanzibar, Kilimanjaro and Tarangire tour , You will take part in a hike on Mount Kilimanjaro after breakfast at your hotel in Moshi. Your guide will drive you to the park gate and you will start your hike along the Marangu route. Your hike will take about 6 hours and you will also have lunch during the hike. After this experience you will return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 5; drive to Tarangire national park
After breakfast at the hotel, your guide will drive you to Tarangire national park where you will take part in a game drive around the park and search for wildlife species like elephants, buffalos, giraffes, antelopes, impalas and many others. Your guide will drive you to the lodge after the game drive for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 6; full day in Tarangire
You will wake up for an early morning game drive around Tarangire national park where you will look out for various wildlife species in the plains around such elephants, zebras, hartebeest, waterbucks, gazelles, oryx, buffalos, zebras and many others.
After having lunch, you will explore more of the wilderness of Tarangire national park as you look out for other wildlife species and enjoy the beautiful scenery. You will return to your lodge after the full day game drives for dinner and overnight stay at Karatu tented lodge
Day 7; drive to Arusha
After having breakfast, your guide will drive you to Arusha and drop you off at the airport or your hotel in Arusha which will mark the end of your safari adventure in Tanzania.
