5 days Zanzibar and Serengeti safari is a trip that will start in Arusha and end in Zanzibar. During the tour, you will take part in game drives around Serengeti national park as you explore the savannah plains in search of different wildlife species such as the big five and many others. you will also fly to Zanzibar island to enjoy relaxing at the beach, visiting Stone town and also enjoy a safari blue excursion.
Day 1; pick up and flight to Serengeti national park
The safari will start with pick you up from Arusha by your guide who will welcome you for your safari. You will be driven to Arusha airport for your flight to Serengeti national park. On arrival in Serengeti national park, you will be welcomed and driven to the lodge for check in.
You will also take engage in a game drive around the open savannah plains of Serengeti national park and search for wildlife species like giraffes, lions, leopards, cheetahs, impalas, gazelles, waterbucks, wildebeests, buffalos, elephants among others. After the game drive you will be driven to the lodge where you will have dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2; full day in Serengeti national park
On the 2nd day of your 5 days Zanzibar and Serengeti safari, You will have breakfast at the lodge and proceed for a full day of exploring the savannah plains of Serengeti national park. You will engage in a morning game drive and also an afternoon game drive as you look out for wildlife species such as elephants, lions, leopards, rhinos, buffalos, antelopes, wildebeests, giraffes, cheetahs among others.
After the game drive, your guide will drive you to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3; morning game drive and flight to Zanzibar
After having breakfast at your lodge, you will prepare for an early morning game drive in Serengeti to search for different wildlife species such as elephants, lions, leopards, rhinos and buffalos among others. Your guide will drive you to the airstrip for your flight to Zanzibar after the game drive. On arrival at the airport in Zanzibar, you will be welcomed and driven to your hotel for check in.
You will also have an optional tour around stone town for an experience of the culture and also visit different sites around Stone town.

Day 4; safari blue experience
You will enjoy the best boat tour on the island is which is a truly amazing experience sailing in the beautiful traditional Dhows. You will enjoy a sailing trip, enjoy delicious buffet and drinks, fresh tropical fruits and snacks, snorkeling and also visit Menai Bay. This activity starts in Fumba village. After the experience, you will be driven back to your hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 5; departure
On the last day of your Tanzania safari you will have breakfast ahead of your drive to the airport which will bring your safari to an end.
