Detailed itinerary of 14 Days Kenya and Uganda Safari
Day 1: Arrival in Kenya, Nairobi
You will be warmly welcomed by our guide at the airport upon arrival and be transferred to your hotel in Nairobi. If you arrive early, you will go for a Nairobi City Tour visiting the Giraffe Center for a chance to feed the Giraffes, visit the local museum and other amazing attractions in this beautiful city. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Nairobi – Tsavo East National Park
After breakfast, you will be picked up by our guide and embark on a journey to Tsavo East National Park. You will arrive with short Game en-route to your luxury lodge / camp. Check in and have lunch. In the afternoon you will go for game drive Tsavo East offers some of the most magnificent game viewing in the world and attractions include elephant, rhino, Hippos, lions, cheetah, leopards, Buffalos, diverse plant and bird species. Later Dinner and overnight at Voi Wildlife Lodge.
Day 3: Tsavo East National Park – Tsavo West National Park
Early morning breakfast, after breakfast check out with game drive. You will arrive Tsavo West with Game en-route proceeding to your luxury camp / lodge for lunch and check in. Check in at your camp / lodge. Later afternoon more game drive in the park with a visit to Mzima springs where you can see hippos and fish in a crystalline clear water. There are possibilities of seeing crocodiles and monkeys the sight of fifty million gallons of crystal clear water gushing out of from the under parched lava rock that is the Mzima Springs, to the Shetani lava flows. Day 4: Tsavo West National Park – Amboseli National Park
Early morning breakfast, after breakfast check out with game en-route Leave Tsavo West for Amboseli National Park which is less than less 5 Hrs drive. You will arrive Amboseli with a short game drive in time for lunch, Check in at your luxury camp / lodge have lunch and rest. Afternoon more game in Amboseli National Park which lies at the floors of Mount Kilimanjaro. Mount Kilimanjaro offers scenic backgrounds for photography. Elephants, Lions, Cheetah, Buffalo etc. can be seen at the swamp area and open plains. Later dinner and overnight at AA Amboseli Lodge
Day 5: Full Day Amboseli National Park
On this day, proceed for an early morning game drive before returning to your camp for breakfast. After breakfast Full day spend in the park with packed lunch in search of its popular residents like the well-known predators and their opponents like the Zebra, Wildebeest, Giraffe, Hippo with a view of Mt Kilimanjaro .Later return to your lodge (AA Amboseli Lodge) for dinner and overnight.
Day 6: Amboseli National Park – Lake Naivasha
Early morning breakfast. After breakfast game en-route leave Amboseli for Lake Naivasha a 5 Hrs drive. There will be a stop to view the great rift valley scenery as you proceed to Naivasha you will arrive time for lunch, Check in at your luxury camp / lodge and have lunch, Later in the afternoon game drive with a visit to Hells Gate National Park which allows Hiking, Bicycling ride, Rock climbing and photography of wildlife and a visit to geothermal power plant. Dinner and overnight at Ziwa Bush Lodge
Day 7: Lake Naivasha – Masai Mara Game Reserve
Early morning breakfast. After breakfast leave Lake Naivasha for Masai Mara a 5 Hrs drive arriving in time for lunch. Check in at your luxury camp / lodge and have lunch. Afternoon game drive through the park in search of the Lion, Cheetah, Elephant, Buffalo. Dinner and overnight at Zebra Plains Luxury Camp
Day 8-9: Full Day Masai Mara Game Reserve
Early morning game drive and return to camp for breakfast. After breakfast Full day in the park with packed lunch in search of its popular residents, The Masai Mara plains are full of wildebeest during migration season early July to end September, zebra, impala, topi, giraffe, Thomson’s gazelle are regularly seen, leopards, lions, hyenas, cheetah, jackal and bat-eared foxes. Black rhino are a little shy and hard to spot but are often seen at a distance if you are lucky. Hippos are abundant in the Mara River as are very large Nile crocodiles, who lay in wait for a meal as the wildebeest cross on their annual quest to find new pastures. Day 10: Masai Mara Game Reserve – Nairobi
Early morning game drive later return to your luxury camp / lodge for Breakfast. After breakfast check out with a short game drive en-route off Masai Mara Game Reserve and drive to Nairobi. You will arrive Nairobi in time for lunch at the hotel and stay overnight at Best Western Hotel.
Day 11: Fly to Entebbe International Airport
Have a leisure breakfast, meet your guide and be transferred to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your flight to Entebbe International Airport, Uganda. On arrival, you will be warmly welcomed by our representative and be transferred to your accommodation in Entebbe, spend the rest of the day at leisure.

Day 12: Transfer to Bwindi home of Uganda Gorillas
You will be picked from your hotel in Kampala or at the airport upon arrival by our safari driver guide. After a short safari briefing you will sent off on a journey to Bwindi impenetrable forest national park located in the south western Uganda on a drive of about 8- hours. On you’re a journey you will have a stopover in Kayabwe at the Equator for pictures and in Mbarara town for lunch and precede to Bwindi arriving in the evening. Dinner and overnight stay at Buhoma Haven Lodge.
Day 13: Gorilla trekking Uganda – Bwindi
Enjoy early morning breakfast, meet your safari driver and transfer to the park’s headquarters with your packed lunch for briefing about the rules and regulations to follow while in the presence of the mountain gorillas. You will be grouped into 8 people, be assigned a gorilla group to trek and head into the forests of Bwindi looking for mountain gorillas.
Gorilla trekking takes about 2 – 8 hours depending on the movement of the mountain gorillas and where they spent their previous night and with a help of a ranger guide you will be able to find them. On finding them, you will be allowed to stay in their presence for one hour while observing their behavior and take amazing pictures. Alternatively you can spend 4 hours in the presence of these gentle primates if you do Gorilla habituation experience. After the trek, you will trek back to the park’s headquarters to pick your gorilla trekking certificates then head for a visit to the local community being entertained by local dances and drama or lazy off at your lodge. Have dinner and overnight at Buhoma Haven Lodge.
Day 14: Transfer back to Kampala
You will enjoy breakfast and transfer back to Kampala with a stopover in Mbarara Town for lunch, you will arrive in Kampala in the afternoon and be dropped off at your hotel in Kampala or at the airport for your departure flight.
