Detailed Itinerary for 12 Days Kenya, Tanzania, Zanzibar and Bwindi Gorilla Safari
Day 1: Airport Pick up, Transfer to Maasai Mara Game Reserve.
Upon arrival at the NBO, our Kenya safari guide shall pick you up and after a short briefing, drive along the Great Rift Valley to Masai Mara Game Reserve Kenya. Once in the park, embark on a game drive in the park punctuated with a picnic lunch. Enjoy wild game viewing as you transfer to your camp of stay. Check in at the camp, relax as you wait for dinner and an overnight stay at Sentrim Mara Camp.

Day 2: Game Drive in Masai Mara National Reserve
Wake up to a morning game drive in the Masai Mara Park Kenya after breakfast at the lodge and get to see various wild game in the park, including big 5 animals. Look out for various birds in Masai Mara, as well as the beautiful landscape of the park. Enjoy your lunch in the wilderness, and then head out for yet another game drive in the Masai Mara. Return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay as above.

Day 3: Transfer to Serengeti National Park
You will have a very early breakfast and checkout from the camp early in the morning. You will be driven out of the reserve to the border of Isebania. You will clear from the border customs office then after your guide in Tanzania will drive you to Serengeti national park. You will have en route game drive to the lodge for dinner and overnight. Dinner and overnight at Tukaone Serengeti Camp.

Day 4: Full day game drive in Serengeti National Park
After your breakfast early at your lodge, your guide will take you on a morning game viewing experience around the vast savannah plains of Serengeti national park where you will look for wildlife species like the big five and also wildebeests, hippos, elands, impalas, kudu, waterbucks, zebras, gazelles, giraffes and predators like lions, leopards, cheetahs among others.
You will also have lunch after your morning game drive and later engage in another game drive in the national park to search for other wildlife species and your guide will drive you to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay as above.

Day 5: Drive to Ngorongoro crater area, Crater Drive
After an early breakfast, you will check out of your lodge and then proceed for another game viewing experience at the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. You will have lunch before proceeding to descend to the Ngorongoro crater (world’s largest inactive caldera) to enjoy a wildlife viewing experience.
You will search for a variety of wildlife species in the crater such as wildebeests, zebras, buffalos, elands, warthogs, hippos, elephants. You will also see predators such as lions, leopards, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs among others. You will also visit Lake Magadi where you will see hippos, hippos as well as other bird species. After this experience, you will return to your lodge for dinner and overnight at Hhando Coffee Lodge

Day 6: Drive to Arusha, Fly to Zanzibar
Early breakfast at the lodge, and transfer to Arusha Airport arriving in time for your flight to Zanzibar. Your guide in Zanzibar shall be waiting for you at the airport. Check in at the hotel, relax as you wait for dinner and overnight stay at Zanzibar Beach Resort.

Day 7&8: Zanzibar Beach Stay
Today, you shall spend the day at the beach. Relax, sunbathe, stroll in the fine white sand beach, or simply lounge at the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel above.

Day 9: Flight to Entebbe (Own Booking)
Your guide will drive you from your hotel in Zanzibar arriving in time for your flight to Entebbe. Upon your arrival in Entebbe, you shall be picked up and transferred to your hotel of stay. Check in, relax as you wait for dinner and an overnight stay at Best Western Hotel.

Day 10: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
Drive Time: Approx. 8 hours. Flight Option Available
After breakfast at the hotel, embark on a transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park famous for inhabiting the endangered mountain gorillas. Enjoy lunch en-route. Connect to your lodge for relaxation, dinner and overnight stay at Buhoma Haven Lodge

Day 11: Gorilla Trekking Experience
Have breakfast and transfer you to park offices for briefing about Mountain Gorilla trekking by a local guide. The time taken is usually between 2-8 hours depending on the movement of the gorillas. Meeting the gorillas unexpectedly is one of the most captivating lifetime experiences. You will have a chance to observe and take pictures at very close range. You will observe adults feeding and groaning among themselves.
After an hour with the long-awaited gorillas, your guide and rangers will lead you back to the starting point where your driver will readily be waiting to transfer you back to the lodge. Depending on the time you return from the trekking activity, you may do an optional community tour. Have dinner and overnight stay as above.
Day 12: Departure
Drive Time: Approx. 8 hours. Flight Option Available
On the last day of your safari, you will have breakfast and check out of your lodge as you prepare for your drive to Entebbe with lunch en-route and your guide will drop you off at the airport in time for your flight back to Nairobi where you will connect to your flight back home.
