The ark lodge
The Ark Lodge is a sister lodge to Aberdare Country Lodge, and it is located in the heart of the fascinating Aberdare National Park in Nyeri. TThe lodge is situated overlooking a watering hole and salt lick, which is frequently visited by animals, especially elephants, and can be easily seen from your room. For wonderful wildlife viewing, the lodge has 4 viewing decks with balconies and lounges
Accommodation in Ark
Ark offers comfortable, clean rooms to fit your desired accommodation needs; these rooms feature spacious beds, large mirror windows offering views of the wildlife in the park, chairs, and en-suite bathrooms featuring sinks, toilets, and running shower water. Each room features a private bathroom, shower, and toiletries, all artistically designed in the shape of Noah’s ark.
Rooms at Ark lodge situated on three levels that is Deck A, Deck B and Deck C. Deck C is the main deck of the lodge, which houses the primary facilities, including a restaurant, bar, and cloakrooms. This deck is also accessible by wheelchairs to accommodate all types of visitors.

Single rooms are for a single person’s occupancy with one bedroom;are 6 of these rooms at the Ark lodge.
Twin rooms
Twin rooms at Ark Lodge accommodate two people, making them perfect for friends on a Kenya safari. There are thirty-seven of these rooms, and each one contains two single beds.
Double rooms
Double rooms at Ark lodge are for an occupancy of two people and are the best option for couples. There are ten double rooms, and each room consists of one queen bed.
Triple rooms
Trip rooms at Ark lodge are meant for an occupancy of a family of 3-5 people; these rooms are seven in number and they consist of 3 single beds.

The meals are served for dinner and breakfast in the form of either a buffet or a set menu.
