Day 1: Transfer to Lake Mburo
You will be picked up from your hotel with a warm welcome for your 12 Days Safari in Uganda or an agreed location in Kampala and transfer to Lake Mburo National Park with a stopover at the equator, where the kids will enjoy the experiment and take their photos.
Proceed to Lake Mburo, arriving around midday, check in to the lodge and have lunch. Go for an evening game drive in search of giraffes, zebras, kobs, antelopes and many more. Enjoy the ride and return to the hotel to unwind, enjoy dinner, and overnight.
Day 2: Wildlife Viewing & Boat Cruise
Have breakfast and go for the morning game drive or a walking 12 Days Safari in Uganda guided by the ranger guide, which allows you to get up close with the game, including antelopes, zebras, and buffaloes. In the afternoon, you will go for a boat ride on the Lake from which the park inherits its name – Lake Mburo. Enjoy the ride and return to the hotel to unwind, enjoy dinner, and overnight.
Day 3: Game Drive, Transfer to Bwindi
Get up early in the morning to the loud howls of mammals in the close thickets, quickly take a cup of hot coffee, get onto the safari car and speed off into the grassland to get Uganda safari experiences, on the lookout for wildlife, get into the morning frenzy.
Notable large mammals include: buffalo, Eland, hippopotamus, Giraffes, Zebras, Waterbucks, Giant forest hogs, Bush pigs, topis and lots of Impala; a species of antelope from which Kampala gets her name. You will return to the hotel for a late breakfast and early lunch.

Day 4: Gorilla Trekking
Wake up early morning and shake off the night’s coldness with a hot cup of coffee harvested from plantations adjacent to the impenetrable forests. Make final preparations and, with lunch boxes, be at the ranger guides’ office before 8.00 am in time for briefing about the gorilla trek and jungle regulations.
You will be led to the thick forests, in a hilly terrain, and the wonderful gorilla trek experiences you will get rate higher than many wildlife adventure activities anywhere. You will descend to the trailhead and your hotel after an hour’s interaction, observation, and taking photographs of the gorilla family trekked.
You will take an afternoon walk through the village close to the park and share the wonderful Safari in Uganda experiences of people who have grown up with the gorillas all their lifetime. Meal Plan: FB
Day 5: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park
Get enough of Uganda safari experiences with a warm 12 Days Safari in Uganda. Take sunset breakfast in the lawns and get mesmerized with the bright morning sunrays melting the white carpet of the morning mist in the adjacent forests.
You will check out of the hotel with lunch boxes and descend onto the Albertine rift valley and get welcomed by a parade of tree climbing lions atop fig trees in the Ishasha sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park. Such rare occurrences anywhere else but always sighted on Uganda.
You will do a game drive and have a picnic lunch at a scenic spot before proceeding to Mweya Peninsula and check in at your hotel in the evening and sleep to the sounds of hyena howls and snorting hippopotamus in the Kazinga Channel. Meal Plan: FB
Day 6: Morning Game drive, Afternoon boat cruise
A wake-up call with a hot cup of coffee before morning light sets wildlife adventure adrenaline in motion, and safari into Uganda is one sure way of getting maximum satisfaction. Just unpack your extra appetite as you head into the savannah grasslands.
Notable large mammals on show: large herds of huge elephants, buffalo, waterbucks, Uganda kobs ( a beautiful antelope on the Uganda national emblem), with lots of beautiful grassland birds painting the skies a rainbow of colors.
After lunch, you will sail on the Kazinga Channel and interact with possibly the highest concentration of hippopotamus anywhere on planet earth and other large mammals watering in the channel. Day 7: Game drive, Transfer to Kibale National Park
Relax your body and soul with a hearty morning sleep, check out of the hotel after breakfast, and do a brief game viewing drive. You may opt for the scenic crater track for magnificent landscapes or top up the excitement of sightings in the Kasenyi area and track prides of lions again.
Every Uganda safari game viewing drive is unique in its own way. You will cross the equator line at Kikorongo and travel in the foothills of the Ruwenzori Mountains, through the crater region and check in to your hotel in time for lunch. Day 8: Chimpanzee tracking
Get up with the first morning light; take a cup of hot coffee and, with lunch boxes, set off to Kanyanchu tourism centre; chimpanzee tracking trailhead. Formalize chimpanzee tracking regulations, and the ranger guides will lead you to the equatorial forests of Kibale.
Be attentive as guides bisect the forests and interpret nature with amusing details. You will have a picnic lunch on the green carpet under the canopy in the tourism office lawns. You will take a guided community walk at Bigodi Swamp and interact with indigenous people whose traditions in a big way protect and conserve the wildlife in their neighborhood. Day 9: Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park
Relax and enjoy your last morning on your Uganda tour in the equatorial forest. Check out of the hotel and set off for another exciting Uganda tourism safari region. You will have lunch en route in Hoima town. Then proceed to the top of Murchison Falls for scenic viewing before crossing the Nile River and checking into your hotel late afternoon. Meal Plan: FB
Day 10: Early morning game drive, Boat cruise
Cut off the morning sleep with the first sound of early morning birds; take a hot cup of coffee and, with a ranger guide, get on the hunt for wildlife, getting into activities of the day. This is a habitat for giant giraffes, huge elephants, large herds of buffalo, waterbucks, several antelope species, with lions, leopards and yawning hyenas following on their heels and an astounding number of beautiful bird species.
You will go on an extremely exciting launch cruise on the Nile to the bottom of Murchison Falls and view giant Nile crocodiles basking on the shores and a high population density of huge hippopotamus sunbathing. Meal Plan: FB.
Day 11: Transfer to Kampala
This is your last day of Uganda tour in the wilderness. Check out of the hotel after early breakfast and out of the national park. You will do Rhino tracking en route towards Kampala to complete viewing the Big 5 mammal sightings in their natural environment.
You will check into your hotel in Kampala city early evening and shake off wilderness fatigue. You may sample Kampala city nightlife before retreating to your hotel towards midnight and make use of your last hours of Uganda tour. Meal Plan: BB
Day 12: Kampala City tour, departure
Relax and shake off adventure fatigue. After breakfast, you will take a Kampala city tour and visit prominent structures. You will buy souvenir items before our safari guide drops you off at Entebbe International Airport in time for your departure flight, closing your tour in Uganda.
